Newton Holiday Cottages offer two luxury self-catering holiday cottages, Boatman's Cottage and Cullernose Cottage, both in Boatmans Place, Low Newton by the Sea on Northumberland's Heritage Coast. Each property sleeps from two to six guests or up to 12 if both are rented together.

Our holiday cottages could not be better placed for a self-catering family holiday in Northumberland. Both enjoy elevated coastal positions with views towards the golden sands of the Haven, which is less than a minute's walk away.

Both our holiday cottages share the same 5-star standards. They share the same layout, but have different decor and furnishings, plus Boatman's Cottage has a wet-room instead of a shower room.

Each property provides bright and airy living accommodation. Stylishly decorated and appointed throughout, each property has been furnished to 5-star standards to create an extremely comfortable and relaxing environment complete with all the modern facilities required for a perfect self-catering cottage holiday on the Northumberland coast.

The self-catering accommodation in Boatman's Cottage comprises :
